Most of us have moments when we feel low, anxious, stuck or, in some other way, overwhelmed. Whatever is going on for you, talking about it is a good idea. And sometimes, it can also be easier if that conversation is with someone outside your immediate circle. Someone who can focus wholly on you.
My offering is a safe, confidential space for us to explore your thoughts and feelings and to listen to that voice inside you which is often muted, or drowned out in the maelstrom. Doing so can be scary, but also life-changing.
So take a deep breath. Come and experience therapy with me. Because, in my experience, the best way to make sense of what is happening to us and who we really are is to let that voice be heard.
